- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Phone up and asked for a price to refit a crown lady on the phone quoted £60 when I turned up for the treatment it was only when I had finished my treatment I was told that the price was actually £110! I told the dentist who is a partner in the practice that I had been quoted £60 and she acknowledged that she was aware that the receptionist has quoted me wrong yet she didn't offer to charge the fee quoted as a goodwill gesture for there error. I then decided to take up her offer of £30 for a full check up on my teeth from which I had to cancel my appointment due to a serious illness only to be told when I called back and spoke to a very rude Chris Powell that i wasn't allowed to rebook or have my money back due to a missed appointment absolute disgusting and very unfair would not recommend using this dental practiceby Nick EllisDecember 25, 2016
